Terms of use.

Launch-draft rules for accounts, course access, assessments, certificates, and acceptable use.

Terms requiring final legal review.

Effective date: pending legal approval. These draft terms are not yet effective and must be reviewed for the operating entity, governing law, payment model, and approval footprint before public launch.

Planned operator

The proposed launch structure is the verified Complete Injury Centers legal entity doing business as Marzban CE Credits. The Texas assumed- name filing, entity authority, insurance, tax treatment, banking, sponsor contract, and final legal disclosure are still launch gates; this preview does not represent that the DBA is already filed.

Educational service

Course materials are for professional continuing education and do not replace independent clinical judgment, patient-specific assessment, law, regulation, or an applicable standard of care.

Accounts and integrity

Learners must provide accurate identity and license information, protect account access, complete required activities personally, and not copy, share, record, or circumvent course and assessment controls.

Credit and acceptance

Eligibility varies by course and jurisdiction. The status displayed before purchase is controlling for the platform, but the licensing authority makes the final acceptance determination.
