Before meaningful course consumption
The proposed policy allows a refund request within 14 calendar days of purchase when no more than 10% of the course has been completed and no final assessment or certificate has been attempted or issued.
Approval-status issue
If the platform materially misstated documented eligibility for the purchaser’s declared jurisdiction at checkout, the proposed remedy is a full refund after account and license details are verified.
Non-refundable circumstances
Completed courses, issued certificates, abusive activity, account sharing, or requests outside the stated period may be ineligible, subject to law and an exception review.
