01Build the verified faculty file
Dr. Marzban signs a current CV, verifies every degree, license, appointment, Parker-related statement, and teaching award, then reviews the course, disclosures, permissions, and clinical boundaries.
Outcome: a signed faculty approval packet and evidence index.02Secure an eligible Texas sponsor
For a Texas chiropractic CE course, the accountable sponsor must be an eligible CCE-accredited chiropractic college or qualifying professional association. Marzban CE Credits should not assume it can apply alone.
Outcome: a written sponsorship/co-provider agreement and filing owner.03Obtain TWC’s written disposition
Submit the exact legal entity, six-hour course, price, delivery format, sales model, policies, and refund language to the Texas Workforce Commission. Do not self-declare an exemption.
Outcome: written TWC direction covering the actual offer.04File the locked course with TBCE
The eligible sponsor submits the exact syllabus, faculty evidence, advertising, schedule, method, and other current required items to TBCE at least 60 days before the live event, using the current form and fee.
Outcome: written course approval and an official course number, if granted.05Run a no-credit live rehearsal
Test the real webinar room, 300-minute credit clock, captions, attendance responses, identity checks, technical support, exam/evaluation, certificate hold, roster export, and outage procedure before enrolling anyone.
Outcome: documented evidence that the approved experience can be delivered as filed.06Open only the approved offer
After the written approvals cover the exact date, price, sponsor, course version, and live delivery, open enrollment with only authorized claims. Teach, reconcile completion, issue certificates, report the roster, and archive the evidence.
Outcome: a controlled first event and a reusable record for expansion.
