Information we expect to process
Account identity and contact details; license and jurisdiction data; purchase records; course activity, assessment, evaluation, and certificate records; communications; security and diagnostic events. Payment card data should be collected by the authorized payment processor and not stored directly by Marzban CE Credits.
Purposes
Deliver education, determine and document completion, issue records, support learners, prevent misuse, comply with regulatory obligations, and—only with an appropriate basis—communicate about services.
Retention and rights
Final retention schedules will reflect CE provider obligations, financial rules, disputes, and security needs. Learners will have a documented process to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, subject to records we are required to retain.
